In 2022, Ali Abdo set out on The Ride to COP27, a 30-day adventure across Egypt that spanned thousands of kilometers on his electric motorcycle. This wasn’t just a ride—it was a heartfelt tribute to Egypt’s rich cultural and environmental heritage, all while raising awareness about the urgent need for climate action ahead of COP27.
The journey ended in Sharm ElSheikh, the site of COP27, but along the way, Ali visited schools, universities, and community centers, inspiring youth and local communities with his message.
In the process, he set two Guinness World Records for the longest journey on an electric motorcycle, sending a powerful reminder of the role sustainable transportation must play in our global fight against climate change.
